I had an exceptional experience working with Sumitha Menon from Novel Properties, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Beyond being an excellent agent, she is truly a wonderful person. She managed to resolve a very complex situation for me: finding a home within 48 hours for a one-year lease, and she accomplished this in less than two days, with an efficiency and speed that are truly rare.
She also helped me find other apartments for friends, always showing great care and attention. She has been constantly available, with response times of just a few minutes, which made a huge difference during stressful moments.
